Admin Intern (Sales Department) 

Job Description:

We are looking for Admin Intern for sales department who will be responsible in assisting the manager by performing administrative and entry-level duties to gain experience. You will be conducting market research, make calls and send emails, update records, attend meetings, and help maintain client relationships, among other tasks. 

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the manager and completing all allocated tasks 
  • Source potential customers through networking, cold calling, and industry research to increase sales 
  • Communicate with clients and potential customers in person, by phone and by email to understand their needs 
  • Attend and participate in meetings, workshops, events, and exhibitions 
  • Update documents and sales records 
  • Research sales statistics and establish sales potential with new businesses in target area 
  • Determine new ways to make products appealing by observing the environment and current trends 
  • Undertake miscellaneous tasks assigned by the manager from time to time 

Qualification and Experience:

  • Major in Business Administration, Business Management, Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or any related field 
  • 3.0 GPA or higher 

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Interpersonal Sales skills: communication, prospection, presentation, persuasion, negotiation 
  • Product and services Knowledge: products and services training programs. 
  • Technology knowledge: Basic Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint 
  • Soft skills: time management, active listening, empathy, and enthusiasm
