Operations Intern

Job Description:

We are looking for Business Development Manager who will be responsible in meeting our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans, and justifying those to plans to the upper management.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Prepare for training materials, documentations
  • Training course registration submission
  • Check and prepare training claims submission under HRDC
  • To update training – room booking calendar
  • Issue Purchase Order in system
  • Undertake miscellaneous tasks assigned by the manager from time to time

Qualification and Experience:

  • Major in Business Administration, Business Management, Advertising, Communications, or any related field
  • 3.0 GPA or higher

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Language: English & Bahasa Melayu
  • Interpersonal skills: Communication, prospection, presentation and team work
  • Technology knowledge: Basic Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Soft skills: Time management, active listening, and being proactive.
